En junio 2020 inicié con este proyecto de intercambio de idiomas (Inglés-Español), utilizando la plataforma de MeetUp y reuniones a través de Zoom.
A lo largo de 2 años pase de organizar 2 grupos de MeetUp (Ciudad de México y Calgary), a organizar un total de 12 grupos. Uno en México, cuatro en Canadá, cuatro en los Estados Unidos, uno en Inglaterra, uno en Colombia y uno en Chile.
La idea es que todos los eventos sean gratuitos, sin embargo, desde octubre de 2021 he estado recibiendo donaciones y contribuciones, las cuales me han ayudado a abrir nuevos grupos y a cubrir los gastos a través del año.
Si te gustan nuestras reuniones, por una sola vez puedes hacer una donación para ayudarme a mantener los 12 grupos activos durante todo el año, así como la posibilidad de abrir más grupos en otras ciudades.
In June 2020, I started this language exchange project (English-Spanish), using the MeetUp platform and meetings through Zoom.
Over 2 years, I went from organizing 2 MeetUp groups (Mexico City and Calgary), to organizing a total of 12 groups. One in Mexico, four in Canada, four in the United States, one in England, one in Colombia and one in Chile.
The idea is that all events are free, however, since October 2021 I have been receiving donations and contributions, which have helped me to open new groups and cover expenses throughout the year.
If you like our meetings, you can make a one-time donation to help me keep the 12 groups active throughout the year, as well as the possibility of opening more groups in other cities.
